Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your soft-as-hell gear, but if it's not quite right, we offer free domestic returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in unwashed, unworn condition with original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Tell us if you would like a refund to your original payment method, or opt for an instant exchange to get a different size or color shipped immediately.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original mailer if possible.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Hand your package to your local mail carrier or drop it off at any official USPS location; we will process your refund once the items arrive at our warehouse.
